Coast Highway Artists Collective at the White Cap Coffee & Tea

Coast Highway Art Collective featured at White Cap Coffee and Tea in Anchor Bay
Every month, the White Cap Coffee and Tea offers art exhibits by local artists, creating an inspiring atmosphere to enjoy your morning latte. This cozy community hub serves organic, fair-trade Little Green Bean coffee and specializes in espresso drinks, loose teas and pastries. Locals and tourists alike enjoy the communal atmosphere, games and books and the local art.
In September, the members of CHAC are honored to once again be the featured artists, bringing the beauty of the coast to life through ceramics, paintings, photography, jewelry, mosaic and quilts.
Participating local artists include Andrea Polk, photography, Brenda Phillips, ceramics; Bridgette Marie Dice, painting; Gabriella Lotan, photography; Geraldine Liabraaten, photography; Ling-Yen Jones, jewelry; Michelle Gilmore, painting; Perry Hoffman, photography; Scott Sewell, photography; Shawn Quinlan, quilts and Vineeta Chand, mosaic.
The show will be on display from Sept. 1 to 28. The White Cap Coffee and Tea is located at 35509 Hwy. 1 in Anchor Bay. Regular hours are Thursday through Monday, 7:30am to 1pm, with extended hours on Sunday until 3pm. The café is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
